In order to enhance its own organization it is looking for:

SOFTWARE ANALYST
We’re looking forward to come into contact with professionals who gained experience in the position coming from the following banking sector areas:
  • Finance (in particular within at least one of the following fields: Managed Investment, Asset Management, Listed Derivatives, OTC Derivatives)
  • Foreign Currencies
  • Payment systems
  • Electronic payments

The job consists in identifying and designing software solutions taking advantage of her/his ability of:

  • Intermediation between aspects of financial analysis and aspects of software development
  • Interacting with the client to verify the conformity of her/his interpretation and expectations with the analyzed and developed software
  • Performing "ad hoc" analysis
  • Providing support and advice regarding the developing stage of the project

  • Performing a organized and efficient code writing
  • Verifying the developed software adequacy against the received specifications and following the company standards
  • Performing a preliminary test of the developed applications

  • Being able to define entrusted software specifications independently, even in the presence of concise and not detailed information, with an high level of precision and completeness
  • Verifying the developed software adequacy against the received specifications
  • Performing an in-depth test of the released applications

The ideal candidate, who owns a solid technical background, has abilities to perform analyses and synthesis, leadership, aptitude to work by objectives and inclination in managing work teams. In the course of her/his activity the professional manages the entrusted projects organizing the involved resources, specifically:

  • Instructs the specifications for the various developments and handles the arrangement of appropriate documentation
  • Verifies the developed software adequacy against the arranged specifications
  • Shall ensure about the released applications appropriate testing level
  • Verifies that all the developments follow the company standards
  • Manages the relationship with Clients contact persons regarding the projects under her/his responsibility
  • Take care of the project team personnel regarding their professional growth and ability to work independently
