CHAIRMAN

Corrado Sciolla

Corrado Sciolla, from Piedmont, graduated with honors in electronic engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin in 1988 - he obtained an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau in 1992. In 1996 he joined McKinsey as Engagement Manager for the retail and telecommunications sectors, leading the team dedicated to WIND’s start up. In 1999 he joined News Corporation with the role of Business Development. In 2001 he joined WIND as General Manager of Operations, completing the integration of Wind and Infostrada. In March 2004 he was appointed CEO of Albacom, a telecommunications B2B operator. In this role he contributes to the turn around of the company that becomes BT Italia and becomes the main competitor of Telecom Italia on the Italian market of services to companies. In December 2010 he was appointed CEO of BT France (a role he holds together with the CEO of BT Italia). In 2013 he was appointed Chairman of BT Global Service with responsibility for Sud Europe and South America. In 2014 he assumes the role of President of BT for continental Europe. In 2016 he joins IOL as a board member. In 2017 he comes out from BT. In April 2018 he became a Director of CAREL Industries where he is also Lead Independent Director. In 2018 he joined Cedacri as Chief Executive Officer and in 2020 was appointed Chairman of SiGRADE.
GENERAL MANAGER

Francesco Piovani

Mr. Francesco Piovani was born in Parma on October 16th, 1962. He graduated in Mathematics (Information technology oriented course) at the University of Parma. From 1991 to 1998 he was professor of Mathematics at a secondary school in Parma, teaching information technology oriented classes. From 1988 on, he has worked within the banking and finance division (spinned-off in 2007 with the company name of SiGRADE) of Sinfo Pragma company, running all the steps of either technical and managing career, playing the role of Sales Manager from 2001 on. Since 2007, he has been General Manager of SiGRADE. In 2011 he was confirmed in this role by Cedacri Group, after the take-over of the company.
